Download Lean Library

The Lean Library browser extension makes it simple to access our resources, wherever you are and whenever you need them.

Install the extension and you'll be alerted via a pop-up message if you visit a website we can provide access to. It’s then just a single click to open the site through the library’s systems and get access to any articles, journals and ebooks we have licences for.

What is the SCONUL Access Scheme and how do I apply?

The SCONUL Access scheme offers students registered at the University of Lincoln access to other UK higher education libraries.

Most part-time, distance learning and placement students (Band B) will receive access and potentially borrowing rights through the SCONUL Access scheme.

Click here for more information on participating institutions and to join the scheme.

Online application

  • Go to SCONUL Access
  • Select what kind of user you are: Distance Learner
