More Books

We know it can be frustrating when the book you need isn't available so our More Books scheme is here to help. Let us know the details using our online form and we'll help you get the books you need for your course and your research.

Terms of service

1. We monitor requests through More Books and may contact you to discuss your requirements if you are a regular user of the scheme.
2. Books ordered through More Books are subject to a price cap of £100 as we do have a fixed budget. Where an item costs more than this we may refer you to your Academic Subject Librarian to discuss alternative sources.
3. Books ordered through More Books will be supplied in print or e-format. To keep costs down we will prioritise print purchases where possible and may refer you to your Academic Subject Librarian to discuss alternative sources.
4. Books ordered through More Books for Staff should be for personal research purposes only. If you require books for teaching please contact your Academic Subject Librarian.
5. The More Books service is usually open from late October until April of each academic year.
