Short Recording on how to search for books and ebooks on the library webpage
The Library website will tell you which library the book is at and whether a book is on the shelves (checked in) or on loan (checked out). If the book is checked out it will tell you when it is due back. If you would like to borrow a book that is out on loan, request it by clicking on the Reserve button.
When looking for a textbook you should always try to obtain the latest edition.
Ebooks are designed to be read on the screen, however some ebook providers do give you the option to download a specific chapters or the entire book for a limited period of time.
Ebooks can be found by searching on the library website for these providers: VLE, EBSCOhost and Sage Catalyst.
