Reading lists: a guide for students

Finding and accessing audio visual items

If you have been directed to an audio-visual source, such as a film, television, or radio programme you may find either a 'view online' link or a link to find the item in the library audio visual/dvd collection.

Where the audio-visual resource is available online click on the 'View online' link - this will take you to BoB National (Box of Broadcasts), which you can also explore at https://guides.library.lincoln.ac.uk/bob and through the Databases menu on the Library website.  As well as viewing items from your reading list, you can also add items to your own playlist and create clips from the programme library.

For items in the Library's Audio Visual collection click on the 'copies available' link - this will give you the shelfmark/call number which will tell you where the dvd is located within the collection, which is on the ground floor of the Library in the Reservations area.
