The SPIE Digital Library is the most extensive resource available on optics and photonics, providing unprecedented access to more than 500,000 technical papers from SPIE Journals and Conference Proceedings.
IEEE Xplore This link opens in a new window
A digital library providing full-text access to peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings and standards from the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers).

IEEE Xplore includes access to quality scientific and technical literature from some of the most-cited publications in the fields of electrical engineering, computer science, electronics, and related disciplines. The Digital Library is updated frequently with current research and includes content from select other providers including the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), MIT Press, IBM, and other specialist publishers.
