How Academic Subject Librarians Can Help You

Each subject has a dedicated Subject Librarian to help you utilise the Library resources. We do this via workshops, one-to-one appointments and email. I can help with finding information (e.g. searching the databases to find articles for your assignments) and APA referencing. You can email me at alamb@lincoln.ac.uk or book an appointment with me using the 'Make an Appointment' link opposite (underneath my photo).

Library Workshops

The Library runs bookable workshops for all students on academic writing, study skills and referencing. These are lots of different sessions available and these include essay writing, critical writing, APA referencing, literature searching, RefWorks, presentation skills, etc.

Upcoming workshops can be viewed at: https://calendars.library.lincoln.ac.uk/calendar/events
