Many styles are already included in EndNote, but you need to add the University of Lincoln Harvard style manually.
Click on the Harvard style (University of Lincoln) link below and then follow the instructions for installing the style
EndNote is a piece of reference management software that allows you to create your own personal reference database for your assignments, dissertation and research projects by importing information from online sources, such as the library website, journal article databases, and Google Scholar.
You can organise and manage your references, and automatically create in-text citations whilst writing, along with a corresponding reference list/bibliography in your selected citation style.
EndNote is available to all University of Lincoln staff and students.
Two versions of EndNote are currently available:
EndNote 20 - the latest version, accessed through the EndNote app in AppsAnywhere. We'd recommend EndNote 20 to those who are completely new to EndNote and have not already created an EndNote library of saved references.
EndNote 20 is available for Windows only. Mac users - please note : In order to use software via Apps Anywhere you will need to purchase the Parallels software separately. If you do not have the Parallels software please use EndNote X9. For more information on this visit ICT's help pages.
EndNote X9 - this is the older version, available as a download to your own devices, or accessed via the Software Centre on University networked computers. If you are already a user of EndNote X9 we recommend that you continue to use this version to avoid any synchronisation issues.
