Adding references from Google Scholar

You can also add references to EndNote directly from Google Scholar but you need to do the following first:

  1. Click on the Scholar menu (three horizontal lines in the top right of the page) and select the Settings option
  2. In Bibliography Manager click on Show Links to Import Citations then select EndNote from the drop-down menu. Click on Save
  3. Now enter your search keywords - an Import into EndNote link will appear under each result - click on this to add your item to EndNote
  4. Click to open the .enw file to send your item to EndNote
