All library buildings are wheelchair accessible. We have accessible and gender-neutral bathrooms on every floor. For more detailed information, please look at our "Support for students with physical disabilities" page.
Guide dogs and licensed support animals are allowed in the library building. If entering with a support animal, we recommend letting our staff know at the help desk.
We can provide digital resources in multiple formats, such as audiobooks, e-books, and large print. We can also provide an RNIB account to students with reading impairments, which can provide digital and audio versions of textbooks and key reading resources. We can also provide information on how to modify the settings on your device to suit accessibility requirements.

We have a sensory study room in UL111 on the first floor with individual study spaces. The room has sensory toys including fidget toys, beanbags, texture mats, and fibre-optic lights, as well as being a dedicated quiet room. We also have a wide collection of Wellbeing and Fiction books, covering a range of topics.
We have multiple academic support teams that can help you with your studies throughout university.
