Decolonising@Lincoln: Library toolkit

We are always looking for ways to improve the collection and are really keen on decolonising and diversifying our growing resources.  Areas of interest to think about:

• Books and resources about equality, diversity, race and inclusivity
• These topics in relation to specific subject areas - Social Work, Business, Science, Health etc
• Books and articles written by authors from a broad range of backgrounds and nationalities
• Other kinds of material such as magazines, historical documentation, local history and zines

Suggestions for purchase will help us ensure that our collection is more inclusive of the whole 'One Community' at the University of Lincoln whether this is associated with race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, physical ability, age, socioeconomic class or any other underrepresented group.
