It is recommended that you register for self-service password resets. This will give you the option to change your password without having to contact ICT.
Please note that you will need to enter your existing password to be able to register an alternative email address and security question so this needs to be done before the need to change your password. Click here for more information.
ICT Services have developed a trouble-shooting guide to help you change your password, or get back into your account if you forget your password or are locked out. Click here to find out more.
