This section includes official reports (e.g. government documents and guidance), annual reports, research reports, guidance documents, fact sheets, brochures, etc. which have been produced by government, academics, charities, business and industry. A lot of this type of literature falls within the category of grey literature and usually covers original research. They are typically PDF documents which can be downloaded from the organisation's website.

The basic template for referencing this type of literature is:
Author. (Date). Title. Publisher (if different from the author). URL
NB: if the report has a report number, include it in brackets (without italics) after the title.
If referencing a non-standard document (e.g. a fact-sheet or brochure) then include the document type in square brackets after the title - e.g. [Fact sheet].
